Shipping Policy


We take great care in packaging and shipping our gourmet pickles to ensure they arrive safely and fresh. Please review our shipping guidelines below:


 

Processing Times

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Pre-orders and wholesale orders have separate timelines as communicated at the time of purchase.

 


 

Shipping Methods

 

 

  • We primarily ship via UPS and USPS. The carrier is selected based on the order size, destination, and best delivery timeframe.

  • Most retail orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Wholesale and bulk shipments may take longer depending on freight carrier availability.

 


 

Packaging & Breakage Policy

 

 

  • All jars are packed using specialized inserts and protective packaging designed to withstand standard shipping.

  • Despite these precautions, breakage can occur due to mishandling by carriers. If you receive damaged items:

     

    1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    2. Provide photos of the shipping box (with label), broken items, and inside packaging so we can file a claim.

    3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.

     

 


 

Shipping Costs

 

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, order size, and destination.

  • For wholesale orders, shipping averages $0.75–$1.00 per jar depending on volume and carrier.

 


 

International Shipping

 

 

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

  • Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Local Pickup

 

 

  • Customers in Georgia may select Farmers Market Pickup at participating locations. Pickup times and locations are posted weekly on our Instagram @evergreenandmarket.

  • Please select “Pickup” at checkout and confirm your preferred market date.

 


 

Order Tracking

 

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, [PICKLES] by Evergreen & Market is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers are encouraged to ship to secure addresses and track deliveries closely.

  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide documentation to assist in the claim process.
