At [PICKLES] by Evergreen & Market, due to the perishable nature of our products, we enforce a Zero-Day Return Policy. This means you cannot return items once they have been received, except in cases of verified damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.

 


 

 

General Return Rules

 

 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 99% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Final Sale Items: All food products, opened jars, perishable goods, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

 

 


 

 

How to Request a Return (if eligible)

 


To start a return request, please email us at info@evergreenandmarket.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers must purchase their own return shipping label and follow our instructions for packaging and shipping.

 

 


 

 

Damages & Issues

 

 

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To process a claim, you must provide clear photos of:

     

    • The shipping box (with label visible),

    • The damaged or incorrect items,

    • The inside packaging.

     

  • Once verified, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund, at our discretion.

 

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


For food safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

 

  • Perishable goods (all food products, including pickles, fruits, and vegetables)

  • Opened jars or items not in original condition

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards and custom/special orders

 

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, you must place a new order once your return request has been approved.

 


 

 

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

 


 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are only issued for verified damages, defects, or fulfillment errors.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete posting.
