  • Example: In Atlanta, one franchisee may manage markets/events in Midtown, while another focuses on Buckhead.
  1. Approval Process for Overlapping Interest:
  • The first approved franchisee receives priority in selecting their territory.
  • Additional franchisees must agree to operate in non-competing areas.
  1. Event-Specific Operations:
  • For citywide events or farmers’ markets with high demand, franchisees may collaborate under an agreement to represent [PICKLES] collectively.
