5 Ways to Use Pickle Juice That Aren't Just Drinking It Straight

The Margarita Box by [PICKLES]

A lot of people only think of pickle juice as the thing left in the jar after the pickles are gone. Ours is bottled on its own on purpose, because the brine itself is worth having around. Here's what to do with it.

1. Bloody Marys

A splash of our pickle juice in a Bloody Mary adds tang without watering down the drink. Pair it with our Bloody Mary Gift Box for a full cocktail-garnish setup.

2. Marinades

Use it as a base marinade for chicken or pork — the acidity tenderizes while the spice blend adds flavor from the inside out.

3. Potato and pasta salad

A tablespoon or two stirred into the dressing brightens up a mayo-based potato or pasta salad without adding extra fat.

4. Deviled eggs

Swap a splash of pickle juice in for some of the mustard or vinegar in your deviled egg filling for a tangier bite.

5. Quick-pickling other vegetables at home

Pour it over sliced onions, cucumbers, or radishes and refrigerate for a few hours for a fast, DIY quick-pickle using our existing spice blend.

Once you've gone through a bottle, restock alongside your favorite jar in our Mixers + Drinks collection.
