[PICKLES] began in 2020, when Salwa and Randy started pickling for their Atlanta neighbors. Salwa grew up just outside Jerusalem, and the brine in every jar is still her family’s generations-old recipe, learned from her mother and grandmother. Randy, born in Germany, is a U.S. veteran and former supply-chain executive. He creates our flavors, from the Ghost Pickle to the Banana Pickle and Heat & Sweet.
Sold-out farmers markets came next, then customers across the country. Our mission hasn’t changed: bold, clean and creative flavors, because real food, made honestly, brings people together.

How fast will my order ship?
Every jar is made to order in our Atlanta kitchen. Orders ship within 2–3 business days, and most US deliveries arrive within 4–7 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on any 2+ jars, or any order of $30 or more, anywhere in the US. Mix flavors however you like.
Do they need to be refrigerated? How long do they last?
Not until you open them. Unopened jars are shelf-stable for up to 2 years. After opening, keep them in the fridge for the best crunch.
How spicy are the spicy ones?
Anything with Spicy in the name is 3 out of 5, made with habanero, and they are all the same heat. The Ghost Pickle is 4 out of 5, the only one that stings. Heat and Sweet is a gentle warmth. The Banana Pickle is not spicy at all.
Do your pickles contain sugar?
It depends on the jar, and the label always tells the full story. Our sour and spicy jars have no sugar in the recipe. The Banana Pickle and Green Tomatoes have just a touch, which works out to less than 1% of your daily value per serving. Heat and Sweet, Bread and Butter and Grape Pickle are our sweet ones. Where we use sugar it is only pure cane sugar, never artificial sweeteners. Watching sugar closely? Every product page includes a photo of the actual jar label with the complete ingredient list and nutrition facts, so zoom in before you buy.
Who makes them?
We do, in our own kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia, in small batches. No co-packers. We are woman- and veteran-owned.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Every jar is made to order, so we can't accept returns or cancellations once it's made. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or make it right. Every product page shows photos of the jar's actual label with full ingredients and nutrition facts, so orders that arrive exactly as described and labeled aren't eligible for refunds or replacements.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
You get a discount on every delivery, shown above before you add to cart. Plans have a minimum of 2 jars and a 6-month minimum commitment (6 monthly or 26 weekly orders). After that you can cancel anytime, and you can skip a delivery or swap flavors from your account whenever you like.
